I am passionate about working with people who struggle to get through their day to day for a myriad of reasons including their relationships with others, overall stress, and feelings of anxiety or depression. I have availability for Telehealth services, and provide in-person sessions in our Farmington Hills location.
A little about me: I earned my master’s (MA) degree in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology with a concentration in behavior analysis. As a psychotherapist I strive to provide a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore contributing factors that contribute to their current struggles.

Whether you're seeking strategies for parenting, navigating complex emotions, or finding balance in your life, I am here to provide compassionate and effective support.
I offer individual therapy to all ages and couples therapy to clients from various backgrounds. In our sessions, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate the development of practical skills and insights for meaningful change.
